COVA™ : Resorbable membrane for guided tissue regeneration and adhesion prevention
COVA™ is a membrane, composed of porcine collagen that forms a barrier to provide the guided healing of organs and tissues along distinct anatomical planes, thereby enabling the preservation of cleavage planes and the prevention of adhesions (fibrosis).
COVA™ is completely resorbable within a timeframe that is compatible with healing and provides the advantage of a resorbable material with excellent mechanical strength.
