Resorbable membrane for guided tissue healing and adhesion prevention
COVA™ DURA & SPINE is a transparent type-I acellular collagen membrane that is used in spinal surgery to prevent the formation of postoperative adhesions. COVA™ DURA & SPINE provides a cleavage plane between the dura mater and adjacent tissue, enabling guided tissue regeneration and safer, simpler reoperation. COVA™ DURA & SPINE can be sutured.
